360º Performance Evaluation

With the XBSC 360 platform, the methodology called DACUM (development-a-curriculum) is implemented, an approach of occupational analysis that assumes that only those who do the work can describe it in detail. For this, it promotes a strongly participative logic, involving managers and employees through on-line questionnaires and complementary interviews.
