Our more than 15 years of implementations, coaching and research enable us to provide safely a set of services in this area of proven value, oriented for operational translation of the strategy.

The Mapping process and the Strategic Map construction includes the definition of the themes of the Strategy, the definition of the Goals and respective FCS and a complete structure of performance indicators by theme, perspective or department.

With the Execution Module all relevant statistical information is presented through Executive Dashboards by module, including performance reports by perspective with historical information by objective and indicators associated with data processing, indicating situation and trend. The external data feed can be manual, through Excel sheet parameterized with the platform or through database connection.

Nowadays, the vast majority of managers recognize the impact that indicators have on performance. But they rarely think of measurement as an essential part of their strategy. What happens, executives often introduce new strategies and innovative processes aimed at achieving excellence, but then, continue to use the same short-term financial indicators they have used for decades, such as return on investment, sales growth and operating profit.

The Mission defines the raison d'être of the organization, the Vision the intended destination. They are the quintessence of the whole planning process.
PERSPECTIVES AND STRATEGIC THEMES
Perspectives define the structure of the management model. Themes are the central elements of the strategy.
OBJECTIVES AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
For each Strategy Theme, objectives and respective critical success factors are defined, as well as the respective responsible ones.
MAPS OF CAUSE & EFFECT
Cause and Effect Maps are created for each Strategy Theme. Subsequently they constitute as the pillars of the construction of the Strategic Map of the organization.
MATRIX OF INDICATORS
The Strategy Indicators Matrix is customized in the respective tab, with information on the target, perspective and topic and other relevant data: owner, relative weight and status among others.
STRATEGIC MAPS
For each entity it is possible to build up to 3 Strategic Maps but only one is activated. The Strategic Map aggregates all pre-defined information and provides status and evolution of the organization's key processes in real time.
