Innovation is an ongoing process. Companies constantly make changes to their products and processes and seek new knowledge. The XBSC 360 Platform guides the process of collecting and processing data on the overall innovation process, implementing significant changes in the company, the factors that influence innovation activities and their results.
There are four types of innovation that encompass a wide range of changes in business activities: product innovations, process innovations, organizational innovations, and marketing innovations..
What is your focus?
From Idea to RDI Project
The XBSC 360 platform provides a set of processes oriented towards the management of interfaces, generating ideas, planning projects and evaluating results. Project execution is managed by the High Level Planning module (HL Planning), including Gantt project activities, features, and graphics. The definition of the set of processes, activities and procedures oriented to its fulfillment comply with the requirements of ISO standard NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 - Quality Management Systems.
The Innovation Matrix
It is not enough to know whether companies are innovative or not; it is necessary to know how they innovate and what types of innovations they implement. The data collection and processing process comprises all innovation activities from the validation of ideas, prototype development and market approach over a given period and may be (1) successful (2) in process, or (3) abandoned. An actively innovative company is one that has carried out innovation activities during the review period, including in-process and abandoned activities. The XBSC 360 Innovation Matrix allows the user to obtain this information in real time.
